I was hired by Seasoned.cc ➹ to work on the Vibe ➹ project, a product from Metadados, an HR company focused on making HR management easier. Vibe was built using React and TypeScript.
I worked in a small team — me, two devs, a project owner and a designer — and soon moved to a tech lead position, handling not only deliverables but also critical architecture decisions and team integration.
